Terms of use
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Fidune ("BeeLabs", "we"). By installing or using Fidune ("the app") you agree to them. If you use the app for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it. Our privacy policy explains how the app handles data.
2. What Fidune does
Fidune reads the mail you connect, on your iPhone, and prepares briefs, triage, meeting prep, reply drafts and suggested commitments. It can send a message only after you approve it. It does not act on its own.
3. Messages you send are yours
- You approve every send. Before anything is sent, Fidune shows an approval sheet with the exact message: the account, sender, every recipient (to, cc and bcc, as full addresses), subject, full body, attachments and thread. Fidune sends only the message you approved. If anything changes after approval, the approval no longer applies and you must approve again.
- The approval sheet is the main control. Read it before you approve. A message you approve is sent as your message, from your account, and you are responsible for it, including its recipients and content.
- Recipient warnings help but are not a guarantee. Fidune warns about, for example, a recipient you have never written to, a new outside domain or a look-alike address, and may ask for Face ID. It may miss a mistake, and it cannot judge whether a recipient is right for your matter.
- Undo window. After you approve, Fidune waits before sending (10 seconds by default; you can set 5 to 30 seconds) so you can undo. After the window ends, the message is with your mail provider and Fidune cannot recall it. In Strict mode, if the phone locks before the message is sent, it waits for you to unlock; if it has not been sent 2 minutes after approval, it expires and needs a new approval.
- Limits. By default Fidune sends at most 20 messages per hour and holds the rest until you raise the limit or the hour passes.
- Fidune has no setting that sends, replies or schedules without your approval.
4. Not professional advice; you make the decisions
Fidune's briefs, summaries, rankings, drafts and suggested commitments are produced by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are aids to your own work, not legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice. Fidune does not make decisions for you. You remain responsible for your professional judgment and your obligations to clients, including confidentiality, deadlines and any rules of professional conduct. Check anything important against the original message, which Fidune links from each item.
Do not use Fidune to make decisions that have a material effect on a person's rights, such as decisions in legal, employment, credit or financial, or medical matters, without your own review.
5. Beta, provided as is
Fidune is a beta. Features may change, stop working or be removed, and the app may contain errors. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. Keep your own records; your mail provider keeps the originals.
6. Apple, Google and Microsoft are third parties
Fidune works with services run by others: your mail provider (Google or Microsoft), and Apple, which provides the iPhone, its on-device AI model and, if you turn it on, Private Cloud Compute. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not these terms, and we do not control them. They may change, limit or end access to their services, which can affect what Fidune can do. Google, Microsoft and Apple are not responsible for Fidune and do not endorse it.
7. Acceptable use
Use Fidune only with accounts you are allowed to use, and in line with the law and your mail provider's and organization's rules. Do not use it to send spam or unlawful content, or to try to get around the approval sheet or the app's security.
8. Ending your use
You can stop at any time: disconnect your accounts and use Delete all in the app, then delete the app. We may end the beta or stop providing the app, and may end your access if you break these terms. Because your data is on your iPhone, ending the service does not give us access to it; you keep control of what is stored on your device.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date, and tell you in the app before a material change takes effect. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
